THE TERRACE
The restaurant Manufacture has a large terrace for XX guests, where you can enjoy the chef's excellent French cooking.
HISTORY
Built between 1900 and 1904, to replace that of the "Gros caillou" in Paris, the Manufacture was conceived at a time when the cigar was in fashion. In a second stage, the Manufacture specialized in the manufacture of cigarettes, after the "Gauloises" launched in 1910, the "Boyards" in 1920. Then were added fantasy cigarettes to English, Russian, American taste....
Between 1978 and 1984, several shootings of films took place in this old factory: La Banquière with Romy Schneider, La Diva by Jean-Jacques Beineix, Stalin with Jean Le Poulain, Les Brigades du Tigre with Pierre Maguelon, La Guerre des Polices with Marlène Jobert and Claude Rich, Enigma with Brigitte Fossey and Martin Sheen, etc.
On October 9, 1984, the Manufacture restaurant is a listed Historical Monuments.
The restaurant opened on 23 March 1989.
